    LED running lights on Discovery 4

    Hi, Does anyone know if the LED running lights on the front of the Disco 4 are cosmetic or just disconnected on all non HSE models? I have just got an XS and the LEDs at the front don't light up. The dealer says it's an HSE only feature. Fine but they look like they are part of the front...
