    clutch - thrust bearing

    hey all finaly got my clutch looked at - im quoted thrust bearing is gone... called up a friend and he says to get one of the kits and replace everything whilst im down there. looked at kits and they dont say that they include "thrust bearing" any ideas/pointers/clues/ what have you...
