    Reverting firmware on 2002 MK3 CD-based unit

    Hey there! I would like to know is there a way to revert the firmware and/or software on the MK3 unit? It seems the previous owner has in a way bricked the unit, becuse the Service Mode is in basic mode (only 2 choices) and no GPS selection on the screen, even though the unit is in the back and...

    info wanted on V8 diesel swop for RR classic

    I know these have been done.. Can anyone get me into contact with someone who has done this.. (often) I am talking about the american 6.2 detroit diesel engines. do the gearbox need to be changed, can they cope with the torque? (either auto or manual) any info / details/ shops welcome...
