110 css the start

the start of it ,got this a few weeks ago ,have worked on it for the last 25 years ,purchased from its farmer owner ,sorry i will call it a it untill a name comes along ,he regersterd it as a farm vechical when the clutch started sliping on the road ,then the breaks sized ,now it smokes ,i did some work on his 90 and this entered the conversation ,and i purchased it from him , ,i am owner number 3 , i have every old mot from its 3 rd year . it has been kept in a dry barn when not in use ,it is in suprising very good condition ,i put a rear xmember ,rear spring chassie mounts and axle mounts years a go ,so chassie is good ,body work is good, bulkhead is good just a bit on o/s f floor ,intereria is ok/poor ,tyres new ,engine 200 tdi is u/s ,clutch is u/s .breaks u/s , so not a huge job ,not going to do a full on resto ,but just get it upto geather to a useable standared ,so progress starts ,when the rain stops ,it will be 40 next year ,hopfully it will be done done over the summer ,mot not a prob ,tax and sorn till its birthday

I know exactly how you feel. My Stage One is sat inside my tent garage on damp soil ground. The wind and rain is battering it and it's about as inviting as a spell in purgatory. I'm itching to get on and get more done, and so fed up with the weather. Still, when spring arrives I'll be able to get stuck back in.
