2012 RRS - Buttons and Paddles, AAC Forward Alert not working + Airbag light on

Hi there everyone

So I have what seems like a whole collection of issues. A friend of mine just replaced the steering rack on my RRS after an accident. When I started the car up today I got the following:
  • 'Forward Alert not working' message from the Adaptive Cruise Control
  • The airbag light goes out and comes back on again about half a second later and remains illuminated
  • The horn doesn't work
  • The buttons (I think all of them) on the steering wheel aren't working
  • When I put the car in drive I additionally get a 'Paddles deactivated' message

Can anyone help me please?. I'm hoping its something simple, but I obviously worried its not
