A not so special, special vehicle

My boss has just bought an ex national grid td5 110 side shutter van with hydraulic winch and pto and lots of other bits and what im most supprised by is the the shodyness of the way it had been done. Inside its been plyboarded to accomadate the shutter lockers and frankly i could have done a better job. There are wires that go to the various external lights and plugs that just drape around the cab. And it hasent even got a radio.
but....
It has got the treasured 'special vehicles' sticker. Which makes me think of Q from Jmaes Bond

I know what you mean, I've got an ex MEB quadtech work shop which has got all sorts of gadgets.....240 and 110 power that run off the engine, hot water hand wash, an oven, hot air heating,to name but a few, you've never seen a battery with so many extra wires connected to it and it still has to do the normal battery things like start the engine:D:D Also the centre of the dash board has every make of switch and dial you can buy to control it all, theres not two the same:D

Soon as I get the time I shall fit a split charge and a seperate battery to run all the extra bits and not just rely on one:)

As for the wiring, I could never imagine where it all went, loads of it chopped off and still live
