UK After a corner in a garage/barn etc....

Anyone within about 40 miles of Aberdeen or Inverurie got a corner of a garage or barn they would not mind sharing/leasing to me so i can work on my landies? Fed up getting wet and cold on the dirt...plus i am needing to remove bodywork etc so dont want them sitting outside...
