Alternator Help!!!

Accelerating Away
Does anyone know if you can fit a 65amp aircon alternator to a non aircon engine, both are 200tdi defender by the way, managed to saturate my alternator while wading today and now is not charging at all. also managed to remould the front bumper, OOOPPSSS!!!!
