In Second Gear
Has anyone had a problem with the electronic handbrake? If you have had your handbrake come on or it was an added problem blamed on anything else I would like to know....
I Myself had what the LR garage told me was a CATASTROPHIC FAILURE OF THE HANDBRAKE SYSTEM.......
I have found out after asking 2 different Dealerships that they get one a month but is attributed to something else to cover the problem Land Rover know about. I have found 9 vehicles in a small area I live this has happened to. Even one that happened at 80mph on the M4.
I was told by the AA that if I had not been doing 50mph when my wheel came off, I would have flipped. This has happened to me twice....So If you have had a problem please let me know.

I've not had that issue, but there have been numerous reports of it coming on by itself.
You can report it to VOSA although so far they seem to blame it on a) User error b) faulty wiring c) not adjusted/maintained correctly

I can tell you how to adjust the EPB though to keep it in good working order...

Won't help with your issue (you say the wheel came off....?) but will help you maintain it.
