Best place for parts?

Jillymo

In Second Gear
Recently bought a 2010 freelander 2, and let's just say it has one or two issues. Are there any good, reasonably priced companies out there to order parts from? What would you recommend?
p.s. we bought the freelander cheap to fix and sell, fallen in love and now my beautiful Mitsubishi ASX 4 is up for sale. Am I mad?

Greetings and welcome to the madhouse.

Although you are in the quality zone of the forum, you might get more replies in the Freelander forum.

Come back here when you've graduated to a proper Landy ;)

I'm in the middle of nowhere and have 3 independent land rover parts dealers and one main dealer all within 10 miles but not a decent fish and chip shop for miles,
Even Newlyn hasnt got a decent chippy anymore.

You could look at Paddocks.com

Depends on what you're needing?
Nothing specialist. So far we've bought brake discs and pads, back plates and shoes, bonnet catch/sensor. May need new calipers in the near future. The steering is whirring so will possibly need looking at but currently having a service so hoping it's just low oil. Needs a new passenger wing and bonnet at some point, and a couple of wheel centre caps which I can't find for love nor money!
