Bulkhead quandry

Please advise - I want to put a new bulkhead on my Landrover and I am getting the runaround from someone who "had one".

Firstly - what work needs to be carried out on a defender bulkhead in order to fit a SWB series 3?

Secondly Does anyone have a series bulkhead in decent nick?
