dash board clock lights , green to blue.

getting the bulbs in is the easy bit , but , how do you overcome the green plastic bit?
i mean , if i remove it i have nothing to screw the bulb holder into and if i dont remove it then i cant see the point in putting blue bulbs in there only to be turned green anyway.

how did you overcome this guys?

nobber.

When I did mine all I did was swap the bulbs , et voila , green was now blue. Of course I've never got round to changing the one for the clock so it's still green.

Cheers.

Put the blue leds in my dash and landmeter , did the clock too , not a good pic of the dash ones but they are crystal clear at night .
