Be aware that the drive flange splines can wear and cause you to loose the drive to the rear axle.

So should you loose drive select diff lock and see if you have drive.
If you do take it out of difflock chock the wheels and select a gear.See that the rear propshaft is turning.If it is.Remove the rubber/plastic caps from the half shaft ends and see which half shaft is turning in the flange.

The cure is a new flange.

The problem occurs because the half shaft to flange splines get dry and rust up.

It does help if at each service you remove the rubber/plastic caps.Clean the inside of the cap and the mating face on the flange.A small ammount of EP90 in tha cap helps keep the splines lubricated.
