Diffence between 300tdi and td5 chassis

I have the chance of a td5 chassis, can anyone advise me of the differences between the td5 and the 89 Defender 90 300tdi I have besides the engine mounts. The chassis has been galv'd so apart from the engine mounts I don't realy want to hacking it about too much
 
The chssis doesn't look like its been modified to take a 300tdi, I looked up the chassis number and it's for the year of manufacturer Sept 89. But I know very little bout landies as this is my first one.
