Different trailer tyres?

I've got old Mini wheels/tyres on my light motorbike trailer, but no spare. (naturally the tyres are 6ply:D ) I have an old Panda wheel/tyre that fits the hub too and I carry it as a spare but never needed to fit it. It would make the trailer sit about 2" higher on that side if fitted.

So would this cause the trailer to wander? Or would the tyre scrub quickly? Its only a 'get you home' option...any ideas? Mini wheels are 'rare as' according to all my local scrappies, so I haven't looked further for a matching spare.

Im sure your aware but it would be illegal to to the trailer like that. Both tyers must be the same size per axle. Course its the pot calling the kettle black as my spare is a 7.50 cross ply and my other 4 tyres are 235 radials :S
