Difflock orders - how long do you wait?

I ordered some bits n bobs from difflock on wednesday - but nowhere on their website can I find delivery times......

Or for that matter, how long it usually takes them from order to despatch? Given that its all standard items for a service....

I have emailed, but wondered what others have experienced?
 
Just got a reply :)

will be delivered today - their website stil says 'pending' but its in a parcelforce van
