Great advice on here

I've just been looking at a certain other landrover site and I couldn't believe some of the rubbish that was being put forward there as "technical help". Most of it plain wrong. As an example, one guy is tells someone that his clutch master cylinder is probably faulty and then says it might be the slave cylinder as he can never remember which one is which! And someone is going to take the advice of such an expert???

So a pat on the back to all the folk on here. Most of what is on here is normally fairly sound advice or else people admit they don't know it all and offer what sensible opinions they can. Still the best site around.

Does anyone remember the workshop article in LRE (complete with photo's) on how to change the Clutch master cylinder on a series one? Brilliant article, which omitted to mention that a Series One does not have a hydraulic clutch.....

(all the pictures were of the brake master cylinder)
