can anyone give me the part number for the inline heat plugs that fit in the 2 1/4 diesal, think they are deffender ones,i ordered some but they sent me some that were to small and i don't want to get the same ones again.:confuseda

Hi Steve...

Have a look at pegasus parts... Theres 2 types on there, the coil type, and the probe type.

I think you can fit the probe type to all later 5 bearing engines, and from 3 brg engine number 36623972B onwards. (You had the probe ones before though, didnt you?)

yes i had the probe ones on when i brought her but they were wired wrong and they are the ones i want sandy.

The probe type that fit in place of the coil type are not a standard landy plug. The probe type to fit in place of coil are marketed by i think Paddocks & are sold in sets of 4.

Cant find the edit, so another post to say a set of probe replacements for coil type is Pt No GAM100 and singly GAM100A both from paddocks.
