Help needed with SRS Airbags.

In Second Gear
Had my 2001 TD4 for a week now and fixed most of the niggles it had but having trouble diagnosing the fault with the SRS airbag, i dont know if it has ever gone off and not been reset but it lights up when ignition is turned on goes out when started then comes on again after about 3 or so seconds.:confused:

Where would be the best place to start looking? hopefully its just a connector come loose.

Just been doing some reading and it all points towards a call to the local dealer for inspection aswell.

The only thing I could glean from the manuals is, there is a rotary coupler in the column / steering wheel, to connect the moving airbag and activator to the harness ... but to be honest I owuldn't like to be messing around with that and have it go off by accident! :eek:
