Shifting Up
I am new member and want to reply to an item for sale, i was informed on a thread that if i posted 10 posts i should be able to reply to a add in the sale section, so i have posted 10 usefull posta of things i would like to know but find i still cant reply to the add i would like to, could any one let me know how and when i can reply and what i need to do to qualify
