None of my local factors has headlamp bowls in stock! Some of them didn't even know what I was asking for. I am amazed as every Mini and Landrover has them, not to mention every grey porridge machine built here for 50 years.

They're available, just not Saturday morning motor factor available. Next time I pass my local MG or Landy specialist I'll just have to drop in.

Another thing, windscreen squirter widget, the plunger bit in the dash. Any ideas? I may as well have been asking for blue string pudding.

my Mot garage last year said the hole that the screw for adjusting the headlight was too badly rusted to adjust the light, it just spins....it got me thinking so i said "can you show me what youre talking about?". He pointed to the rivet that holds the bowl in....he'd even gone to the trouble of cutting a slot so he could get a screw driver to it...I told him "that's a rivet that someone's cut a slot into...he went red and crossed the advisory off
