ipod mod for non-smokers

Shifting Up
I used a Connects 2 universal ipod connection. This piggybacks the arial, effectivly hardwiring the ipod into the arial circuit and is fed from the back of the head unit up through where the ash tray used to be, so no wires are visible. The sound quality is much better than an itrip ( near CD quality ) and another plus is that you don't have to retune. The unit is also connected to the ignition circuit and charges the ipod when in use. The radio channels work as normal. The ipod plays on 88 mhz and is tuned to button 6. The base is made from milliput. May paint this black to match the facia.
