How Do I? is this an mot failure?

when my wheels are on full lock the metal sleeve on the end of the brake line presses against the spring , its not snagging on anything but it does push the brake line over a bit.
ive tried to move the bracket but its bolted down with two bolts and cant be moved.

Yes, it is a Fail.

Take the bracket off, undo the pipes and turn it round, so it lies across the top pin, or see if it will move to the other bolt.

Mine are kind of like an s shape moulded around the caliper, never had any problems getting an mot, just be carefull bending them,,

has insufficient room to move, resulting in fouling on any part of the vehicle


These are the 2 points that it can Fail on.
