How Do I? my relay arrived but are these connections right?

its a 4 pin 70 amp relay.
its got 85 , 86 , 87 and 30.
from what i can gather , 30 goes directly to the battery.
85 goes to an earth,
86 to the switch on the dash and
87 goes directly to glow plug No 4 (to the back of the engine).

is this right?
 
i have just recieved my tier relay which i hope to wire up to the heaters ion my 19J td, i have the same numbers as nobber on my relay but i also have a realy small spade connector numbered 50 does this need to be a constant power supply?
