Kev,
Its not MOT'd or Taxed as I have not been using it (except for the odd trip around the garden). As far as i can see there is a web that needs welding on the front N/S bulkhead outrigger, Huey has seen it so can confirm its not much.

I was in the process of replacing the vacuum diff lock actuator as she is stuck in difflock...I have the new part and have started to remove the floor panel in the front to get to it. If the weather holds I will get that done over the weekend.

I have been over the chassis looking for rot but can't find any, and its been waxoyled for years so there really should not be anything significant.

I would be replacing the rear cross member at some point as it has been patched in the past but still seems solid...its more of a cometic thing just now.

Has had Luminition ignition put in and new leads etc. Carbs overhauled recently by Jim King.

Probably best if you came down and had a look yaself as you know what you are wanting out of a vehicle :)

Spoke to a chap in Elgin about restoring her and he quoted £2000, but that included installing LPG, rear crossmember and removing the air con unit etc etc. I think the LPG was about £1200 on its own, so not a lot to do really.

Found out she is a bit of a rare beast as she was built in South Africa for the foreign market so is put together a bit better than UK ones. As you have seen, the original paintwork is pretty much as it was when leaving the factory, no flaking at all.

Anyway..if you want a look round her, no problems, just let me know.
