As this is relevant for all types of Landy, I thought best to post here

Or I thought a bit of tubing with an outboard engine hand pump on, but then found this

Try Machine Mart, they have a good selection of pumps for various uses.

Or you could make your own with a the pump from one of those soap dispensers. Depends how much oil you want to transfer. I have used the soap dispenser one for topping up and find it okay, though I use the Oil suction pump if I need to put a fair bit in or if I am doing an oil change...
