Range Rover Evoque keyless

Hi, everyone
I have Range Rover Evoque 2011 i think i have a keyless, i have a two raised lines on the doors,but not working. Any ideas how to activeted ?
 
Firstly, the two raised lines on the door handle do not mean you have passive entry, secondly - and most importantly, your car is more secure without it. I realise it's a first-world problem, having to push the button on your remote, but it's quicker to do that than fill out the insurance claim form....
