Red Snowflake Light won't go out on the dashboard and I can't see it in the fault book

I have the red snowflake light illuminated but can't find it in the handbook. Thanks for any help in advance

You've got the terrain response set to 'grass gravel snow'... it's not a fault, it's information.

I had a look this morning and realised my mistake. Thank you Grolliffe for your reply.

On a another point, is there an easy way to update the satnav, mine keeps losing it way on the new A556 road.

It depends on the model year - check the JLR website or https://www.landrover.here.com/
Bear in mind that the updates are usually a couple of years behind with 'new' roads - and TBH, if you know where you're going, it's just a minor irritation that the nav. appears to show you're crossing farmland.
It may also be that support has ended, in which case, see https://www.satnavupgrades.co.uk/20...ROPE-Final-Update-Now-discontinued-p122222095 I've used them for a few vehicles with no issues.

Thanks once again, I travel on average 20k miles a year and find it frustrating in an area I don't know

It is - mine has also hit the final update for navigation software and I too have to resort to using road signs on newer roads, what next eh?
