S3 galvanised bulkhead

Friend is fed up with his rotten Series 3 bulkhead and had details of someone up in Derbyshire that made galvanised ones, but has been trying to get in touch with him, but has had no luck.

Does anyone have any details of where he can get one?
 
Rusty Wingnut, where are Radfords in Scotland, got any contact details??
I am also interested in a galvanised bulkhead and some other bits. I cannot find them on the web
