How Do I? Search for Series 3 book in pdf or hardcopy.

Hi,

Does anybody know if this book is available "bound", or as a PDF. I am particularly interested in the "Tropical roof" bit., as I have to take one off, to do some work.

i think its in there manual. ive not looked at my copy for years and im not sure were it is now
 
I'll look in my Haynes, but don't recall seeing it. I also have the Haynes Series Renovation book, but same again, don't recall seeing it.

Does this book have a green cover? I have got a S111 book in the loft which I could dig out this weekend if you want. send a PM if you want me to look
 
I think you are talking about the old auto data books mine has a few sections on fitting winches, how to fit rivit nuts etc will have a look for it somewhere in the shed
 
Found the book, its Autobook 895, reconise the picture on the manual form the front cover for sales on ebay, as this book uses the same pictures.

Sorry not much help on Cab tropical roof panel just shows it as a part with a distance piece and a rubber. The section just states

"general construction of the body is by planels riveted or bolted together and inspection of the vechicle will reveal how any particular item is attached"

I've seen these manuals free to view on the web some where, as i used one to fit my capstan winch
 
Thanks for the info. It does look a bit sparse. Maybe i'm going to have to wait until summer, and jsut climb on top and see what is what.
