Searching more than 1 word?

I am probably being really stupid here.

If I want to search the forums to find out what has been said about Goodyear Wrangler MTR tyres, the search only works on the first word and MTR is too short to search.

Can I type something else to only get results for those 2 or 3 words together?

Try putting a + between the words mate.

eg mud+terrain+tyres

I tried exactly the same search (goodyear + mrt) and it brings back posts with goodyear or mrt. I want goodyear AND mrt. My search string was:
goodyear+mrt
Any other suggestions.....

I've just searched for 'goodyear MTR tyres' and my return showed all the words not just the one. Try the same in advanced search.

I tried your search from the top menu and from advanced search, and it still brought back posts without MTR.

e.g.: https://www.lrukforums.com/showthread.php?t=88177&highlight=goodyear+mtr+tyres

has no mention of mtr at all but it comes back as one of the top results.

Thanks anyway - looks like a bug in the search, or perhaps 3 letters might be too short for the search engine or something.
