Seat retaining strap Pt. No. 339878, availibility?

I'm looking for somewhere to buy 4 seat retaining straps, for the rear of my S3 88" Stationwagon. The part number is 339878.

Anyone able to help?

www.dunsfold.com have them, £8.50 each plus vat and delivery... Its just a leather strap though, you could make it/them from a belt maybe?
