And again, numpty next door brushes the snow off the car, starts the engine (it's getting more sluggish starting now) puts the lights on and runs it for 5 minutes. Then goes back in the house.

Ah well it’s a well known fact that putting the car lights on ensures the battery remains charged when it’s really cold outside
