In Fourth Gear
i have found it hard to move the lever that allows you to select high, low or diff
is there any way to make this easier to move

I found moving along in neutral at about 4mph, clutch pedal down, then try

Had same problem on my Defender, diff lock had never been used and no amount of WD40 would free it. Ended up removing the cross shaft housing through the top of the tunnel and giving the shaft a sound beating with a copper mallet. It was well and truly seized but is now free and receiving regular use.
