According to the list of regulation orders there are only three UCRs subject to TROs in Warwickshire. Oxfordshire's web site is down for maintainance at the moment so you won't be able to check on there until monday morning.

mm, that sounds surprisingly efficient, do most councils have the same on their web sites then?
