I dont no a great deal about glass or cragg really as i am new to laning, but i have had a look at the E mail and what i would like to say is that talks started about this problem on the 5th of nov and nothing but picture were taken untill i went out for a day laning and offer to help out on the repair well i was out.

The only thing me and my mate want are good lanes to drive and if that means stepping in to repair some then give us a shout. but once its been done dont ask if it will stand the test of time. after been it the construction trade for 20 years i know a little about repairs and i think we have done with what we had.

If your talking about the lane I think your talking about let us know on the forum in advance i've got all the H&S gear toe boots, hivest jacket ,hard hat , plus a gubbing matlock

good access from the south with quite a bit of parking space

Roughly what time will you be there? James says I have to take him somewhere as he wasn't with me on Saturday!

Not sure yet John as we have a few places to look at. Including the bottom of the steps, will be there about 10-30.

BTW I spoke to someone about the last lane we did on saturday. Some good news. I will tell you when I see you.

Can't make 10.30, sorry. As you know, I can't really leave home much before 11.00, which puts me at the top of the Wayfarer by 12.00. I'll be going to have a look at how the repair's doing, so I might find you on Channel.
The last bit of your post sounds interesting, look forward to hearing!

Hi John,

It should be about 12 by the time we get to the Wayfarer if not a bit later. Need to look at 3 others before there, but will be getting to the frist one about 10-30.

It mite be an idea to take some more rod to fix them last few sleepers to stop[ them dropping off.
