NHS under pressure once again ,happens every year around same time , why ?
Because it isn't the national health service, it is the national sickness service.
Doesn't help when you get people going to A+E with hiccups.
We are a nation of useless tossers, people calling the emergency services because they lost their wallet or missed the last bus.

Just came across one of my older posts - as requested I'd added some photos of parts I'd commissioned so he could see them. No response from the OP.
Not the first time. Gets a bit annoying when you take the time to help and ..... nothing.
I'm sure others have similar experiences.
Or you offer information, that somebody has requested, based on your own experience only to be told that the information is wrong even when the OP tells you that he hasn't started the job yet and has never worked on that system before.

I wonder if there is a need for some honesty at the service end.
I’m sure I could go to A&E once a week for me or the boy with sore joints , cuts and grazes , etc etc .
I’ve been once in 14 years when I fell off the top of the van .
The boy once with a cut head .

It’s a credit to the A&E Nurses that they deal with everyone with care and compassion but sometimes basic first aid at home, then monitor is enough .

"A man has received a £5,000 payout from a razor company after he cut himself while shaving.

Nick Silverthorn, 48, purchased a supermarket own-brand razor from his local store, but when he used it for the first time he said it cut both cheeks"

Doesn't actually say if he was shaving his face?
To cut one cheek is unfortunate, to cut two cheeks seems like carelessness…

went in today for a knee replacement arrived on time all going well sat there 3 1/2 hours then told we cant do it today as operating theater is busy
Aye, at least I got my op though - left home at around 6.30, sat there in a flimsy coverall with my arse hanging out the back from 7.30am till mid afternoon before the op.
I hope yours is a success when you finally get it done.

Data Gathering - an article today from America - state suing insurer for illegally having surveillance/tracking programmes in mobile apps and car software to see when cars were being used, where driven and driving styles. Used to bump insurance premiums and sold to other insurers for them to do the same. Data collected without consent.
