There are/were 10 of them in existence and are a variation of a mass produced car which looks basically the same as the one's shown.

I only worked it out from the yellow license plate and RHD configuration... the rest was Google.. I knew it wasn't a Holden... just had to research a bit...

What I hate is when you're searching for the vehicle in question and stumble across some great looking or interesting motor and get waylaid for half an hour reading up on it.
