Reckon you're right AJ, UMM Alter, civvy ones were sold here in the 80s as Transcats. Developed from French Cournil. UMM may be URO now, doing Hummer clones and the like.
 
the 110 in the background may look nice an pretty but take my word they where in rag order. my team changed over to using civi discos and the only good inpersonation of a landy the nissen patrol. great days
