where's the wet cat thread gone

I was looking for the wet cat thread but it seems to have disappeared, I've asked in the comments & questions section but no Moderator or site staff have replied to it.... I'd ask a mod if i knew who they were but the member list at the bottom doesn't show which Mod on line (used to be a diffrent colour name)

I'm a little confused as the thread did not seem to break any of the forum rules....

Is it not usual practice to tell the author that the thread has been removed?? or is it just taken off now?
 
:o I think i'm that close to a ban i shouldn't say what was in the pm (I'm trying to be all growed up now)....it wasn't about the thread it'self but people got a bit heated.

now be a good boy from now on otherwise you will be strung up inside a landrover in the rain and left to drown!!!!!:D
 
Ken, not that it's any consolation, but you didn't get me heated, I have a hot water bottle & 2 pairs of woolen christmas socks.
 
Someone obviously got in a lather over it :) Or perhaps there was some wringing of hands:D

Still, we shouldn't get ourselves in a spin about these things should we?;)
 
ken110, apologies, I pulled the thread and should have informed you but in the end neglected to inform anyone. Friday was rather hectic for us and I spent most of the day seemingly playing 'LRUK Kindergarten Cop' when I should have been enjoying the forums, earning a living, having lunch, stuff like that :D Sorry :)
 
Getting banned from this Forum is the least of your worries, there are other stronger, darker Forces at work :D.....

Don't they just have purrfect faces to express contempt :D
It's amazing what can be done with a bit of photoshop.
Had a bit of a dilema last night when a picture was posted of a pancake roll eating young man only the food had been substituted for some other artifact... needless to say it was passed on via the net to many destinations before the request to delete was noted (& possibly ignored)
Oh the wonderful world of the web never fails to amaze me.
