windows wont find my blue tooth dongle.

i right click on a picture , press send to blue tooth device , then it askes me to choose a device but it cant find any.
my phone is set to discover me and they are paired but windows cant find it.
any ideas?
 
Sounds like either your phone isn't paired properly, the phone does not have a storage area that the pc recognises or the Bluetooth drivers are not installed correctly or are not correct. Either way remove the dongle and uninstall the software, Restart the machine, and reinstall software before re-inserting the dongle (Bluetooth dongles are picky about this)
Also make sure in device manager there are no devices with the yellow exclamation mark next to them, if there are the installation has failed.
Also have you installed the phone software, as although you may pair using the standard software that came with the dongle, you normally need the phone software also installed, which phone is it?
