North of the border folk, we got ourselves some snow in London!!

Of course now there will be a complete breakdown of public services, Martial law will be imposed & the Army will be called out to bring order to the chaos.

I hear even the US will be sending us some National Guard (consider ourselves invaded then) lol

Just been out with the dog...

Two kinds of drivers

1. Snow, what snow?? driving normally, up the backside of the car in font, then surprised when they can't stop.

2. Aarghh! Snow! Panic! 5mph everywhere..... without clearing their screens / lights etc

Oh so true, i made sure i screpped all the lights on the truck for dorris, and when im driving my 4.8t van i will be leaving a nice big GAP!

I just cant beleive how Cr@p people are at driving in the snow... some eejit was using my tow bar as a brake this morning...

comming the first set of lights on my journey and plum in a corsa was approximatley 2 feet from my back end the lights changed and I used the engine to slow rather than use the brakes....the corsa couldnt compensate and thud! "that's okay" i thought, it was slippy after all.... then second set of lights....same car....slowed down this time lightly pressing the brake pedal so the brake lights came on... then THUD!! Okay maybe he's just been unlucky.... comming to the third set of lights and i looked behind me and he was so close this time that I couldn't see his lights!! :eek: I slowed down again and could hear him skidding behind me.... he gave a slight nudge so i thought "nah, not having this!!" I got out and put the Hazzards on...walked up to his car and asked him WTF he thought he was doing?? He said "I cant stop in time, there's nothing I can do" I said "have you ever thought about not driving up my Ar$e??? You might have saved your bumper"...he looked puzzled I pointed out that he now had a towbar shaped hole in the front of his car :D:D:D:D:D

what a di*K!!

Well done sir. Three times in a row? The man is a plank. See the other thread - I nearly collected a Freebie - who didn't know she'd got HDC - on a steep hill.

You should have tgaken some photos and claimed for a new towing assembly (to flog on ebay), and sent duplicates to he police with a description of the events, demanding they prosecute him for dangerous driving. Failing that, use your wheel brace to smash all his lights.
 
there was a dodgy old Hilux behind him who was Pi$$ing himself...I could have been really annoyed but couldnt help laughing at the pleb in the corsa... he scratched the paint off the witter sticker :( :D:D
 
tow balls are an essential accessory in a landy,mines wrote off 2 cars and put a taxi off the road :D for a cpl of days :D,all other drivers faults i may add (thats over a 3yr period}

:D:D would have been good but he did look rather scared and slightly uneasy at the thought of getting out of his car at 06:30 to a shady figure laughing at the front of his car :D:D
 
at least you got it the right way round.
it wasnt snow it was a diesel spill from a broken artic i was slowing for road works and stationary trafic in the hi lux and some **** in a top of the range merc overtook me and stud on his brakes. his abs cut in and he stopped. unfortunatly id been shifting rock all week and the hilux was set at full load tyre presure as i tried to brake harder it locked up and i swear it went quiker. it never touched his bumper but he needed 2 new wings all his back lights landing plate and boot . i had to fit a new indicator lens the following day
