Apple CarPlay Upgrade

Hi all,
Was hoping to get some answers and advice.
I own a Discovery Sport 2019. I was wondering if anyone knows whether the audio/computer system would be able to be upgraded to Apple CarPlay, as I use maps quite a bit and don’t get on well with the normal maps that come on the system ? I don’t want to have these add on screens that are advertised all over the place either.
If anyone has had it done where did you get it from and any sort of price range would be appreciated.
