DISCO 5 Knocking noise

In Third Gear
As per the title... friend has a Discovery 5 that make a knocking noise coming from under front seats area when they accelerate but nothing when braking or when driving normally. Any ideas...Two garages can.t put a finger on it
 
Then your friend needs to find a garage with some 'chassis ears', guessing, especially on the internet is pointless.
I could give you a list of parts that could be the cause based upon repairs I've carried out to Discovery 5's but that would just result in 'parts darts', better to spend money with a garage that has the equipment and willingness to diagnose properly.
