Freelander 2 DAB Radio module

Hello Everyone, I’m new to this forum so hopefully I’m posting in the right section. I own a 2012 Freelander 2 with 140k on the clock. I’ve had it for ten years and been very pleased with it and it’s been very reliable. I’ve lost DAB on my radio so I guess the module is now faulty. The only ones I can find online are 2011 so older than mine. Does anyone know if DAB units are repairable please?
Would also be interested to hear what sort of mileage/age can get out of a Freelander ?
