I got this little gem at a 2nd hand tool stall at a boot fair,

It does seem to work,
It has the same fittings as an ammeter etc,
Anybody know what sort of vehicle would've had this fitted?,
That nozzle looks very much like the one we used on an old track Marshall crawler for tensioning the tracks.Yesterdays 50p boot sale purchase,
A grease gun with a nozzle i havnt seen before, the gland doesnt push on, it seems to have to slide on, it adjusts 0 to 90 degrees
Any ideas of it's application?,
