Rescue My Car: poor experience

Overdrive!
Yesterday I gave up on Mildred's clutch and called Rescue my Car.

On hearing the word 'clutch', they immediately said they would take her to a garage - which I expected- and this would happen up around 2pm.

Then it became 4pm

Then 5pm

At a quarter to 6, the Westbourne driver called to say he would be there 6.20 but would the garage be open.

Nope, but there is access until 7...

He thought he could not make that, and did not want to leave the Landy outside so suggested we try again today. I called RMC today and was told I had to pay again since collection had occurred.! The fact I have 2 tn of NATO Green Landy on the drive was irrelevant!
