Water in intercooler pipe on 2.2 Puma

I've read of a similar experience by someone else recently, but can not remember what the outcome was.. I think they were investigating another fault and came across water in intercooler..
I'm wondering that given you have no leaks and haven't been wading, could it be a build up of condensation.. It has been very damp of late..
