Knock, knock
Check the propshaft sleeve joint. Pump some grease in it. I had (have) a similar problem on the overrun after I fitted bigger tyres. The sleeve joint will have moved slightly due to the slightly diferent angle as the tyres are taller and now knocks. Alternatively you will be pressing the brakes a bit harder for the same stopping power (bigger circumference of wheel lessens the braking effect for a given effort) so you may have a slightly oval drum.
