Webasto Thermo Top C

I've bought a small 3 litre tank which I am going to fit in the military side locker. It will be raised up slightly as the valve draws from underneath so I was going to fit the dosing pump right underneath the tank on the floor of the locker.

I have made the bracket to mount the heater in the engine bay and tack welded it in place.I did discover the pipe fittings on the thermotop are 19mm and the car uses 16mm ID diameter heater hose so I had to order two adaptors which i am waiting on arriving.

ok heres a picture of the conection plugs on the top which number did you use for which wire
eg mine uses wires 2 diagnostics, 5 summer winter switch, 6 fuel pump on the 6 pin connector
so presumably i will have to wire in the power suppl to a relay activated from the pump solonoid
the winter switch must just switch it off

I have an Eberspacher air heater I fitted in my Td5 and used a seperate tank. What I used is a coolant header tank from an old Escort Mk4 and used varying rubber hoses to reduce the main outlet down to the 4mm feed pipe to the pulse pump.
